The drive chain operated between two handles ensures the jaws are always parallel, and eliminates the racking common in other vises. Dog holes can be drilled into the top of the moving jaws, allowing workpieces to be clamped securely horizontally or vertically, with the vise operated by using either handle.This is the ideal vise for the woodworker wanting a wider jaw capacity, this model accommodates vise screw centres up to 24", with sufficient chain to match.
