Bevel edge chisels are the most versatile and universally used of all bench chisels and should form an integral part of any woodworkers toolkit. They can be used either freehand making a gentle paring cut or with light mallet strokes. Side bevels reduce the risk of binding in the cut as well as allowing access to undercuts; like dovetails. Robert Sorby offer the more refined Gilt Edge pattern which features an elegant bolster and ferrule design. Each chisel has a 20 degrees primary bevel and a 25 degrees secondary bevel and each is honed ready for use. Chisel sizes include 6mm (1/4 Inch), 10mm (3/8 Inch), 13mm (1/2 Inch), 19mm (3/4 Inch) and 25mm (1 Inch). Supplied in a Cardboard Box.
