Plugs can now easily be drilled to match the timber being used, and in any direction, whether you are needing plugs going with, or across the grain. The high quality cutter cuts a clean plug, without any tear-out, giving a plug with crisp edges so there are no unsightly gaps that need to filled with fillers or epoxy. Once the plugs are drilled, release them using a bandsaw or handsaw, allowing them to fall out rather than prying them out which can cause damage.
