Small Format CNC for Schools and Institutions

These enclosures are custom designed and manufactured by an engineer in Australia, specifically for Schools and other institutions that require the highest level of safety and regulatory compliance. This unit is for the i2R A24 Series CNC Machine and features double side access doors, along with;Each system consists of the following:

  • High quality aluminium extrusion frame
  • 360 degree polycarbonate clear panel on all sides
  • Large interlocking doors allow easy access when required
  • Machine working area is automatically locked out while the machine is active, software controlled
  • Includes a three button panel with lockable E-stop, Green LED to indicate machine active or not and a Stop Cycle button
  • Additional E-Stop which can be mounted on the opposite side
  • The Button panel, E-stop and door interlocks fully integrate with machine and PC control software
  • Easy assembly and mounting of auxiliary components with manual provided
