Whether you're creating you new custom router table from scratch, or upgrading your current Carbatec (or many other brand) Router tables, here is an instant power upgrade!The Carbatec Router Lift is designed to allow you to make fast and accurate cutter adjustments from above the table, and lock securely into place when you're done. No more cumbersome pushing and awkward router locks. No more need to remove and replace your router. Set up a fully powered machine, with ample power and performance. Mounting the Carbatec Router Power Unit requires NO measuring, NO aligning and NO drilling. Clamp, set, rout! The lift itself drops straight into any router table with a 297 x 234 mm opening. Different tables will have different mounting methods, but with two countersink mounting points, retro-fitting this lift to most tables should only require minor (or no) adjustments to your table. The Carbatec's Router Power Unit features a sturdy aluminium housing with its powerful 2, 400W (3 1/4 HP) 10A Motor and Variable Speed Control that adjusts from 10, 000 - 22, 000 RPM, making it suitable for a wide variety of jobs large and small. The included 1/4" and 1/2" auto releasing and removable ER20 collet inserts ensure that you aren't limited by router bit choice. The soft-start safety and speed control features reduces torque at start-up and constant speed under load. Premium sealed shaft bearings extend life whilst delivering minimal bit run-out. Easily install and remove router bits with the included two offset wrenches.
